Red Tent Women's Circle

Description

The Red Tent is a gathering for women, to share their hearts. In many ancient traditions throughout the world, the Red Tent or Moonlodge was a place where women would gather each month to meditate, share their experiences, support each other emotionally, and honor their sacred feminine cycles. It is a time for deep reflection where we focus on our inner needs, let go of the old and set new intentions for the coming month. The circle will include guided meditations, a sharing and listening circle, chanting, setting intentions, creative and writing exercises, as well as ceremony. It is designed to let each woman experience inner guidance, strengthen intuition, and to help connect to other women in a deeply healing way.
