Palette to Palate ~ Gimme Shelter showcases two of Lake County’s assets: locally produced wines and art. Join us for this fun filled and inspiring experience where winemakers and artists discuss and share their work and work process. MAC is pleased to feature the Shannon Ridge Family of Wines with guests Joy Merrilees, Director of Winemaking and Production and Molly Wingo, Associate Winemaker. The 'Gimme Shelter' exhibit closes 8/27 and addresses many interpretations of the concept of “shelter”; home, protection, security, nurturing, a sacred space, a lost place… This is a powerful exhibit not to be missed! The MAC Gallery is open Thurs. 11-4, Fri. 11-6, Sat. 10-6 and Sun. 11-4, in case you can’t make it to Palette to Palate.
