"Labyrinth" classic film

The GenX Cinema series presents the 1986 sci-fi fantasy “Labyrinth” on Wednesday, November 1, at 7:00 pm at the Soper Reese Theatre in Lakeport. Entry is by donation. Written and directed by Jim Henson of “The Muppets” fame and starring David Bowie and Jennifer Connolly, this fantasy favorite has been loved for its visual beauty and sense of adventure by children and adults for over 30 years. A must see on the big screen for its inventive characters, unique creature and set designs, a charming performance from Bowie, and wonderful voice-work by Frank Oz. The film is rated PG with run time of 1 hour 41 minutes. “Labyrinth” is sponsored by Dusty D Work Wear, and presented by the Lake County Theatre Company and the Soper Reese Theatre.
