First Fridays Art Walk in Middletown

This month, the "Meet Your Makers" themed spotlight is on the Gems & Jewelry micro-industry. Featured at MAC (Middletown Art Center) in the gallery, will be local artisans and jewelry makers. Come Ooh and Ahh over the stunning beauty they create, and maybe find that beautiful piece or gift for that special someone .... First Fridays in Middletown is a series of independently hosted parties at participating businesses around town, featuring artists, musicians and makers from around (mostly) southern Lake County. It's also an opportunity for the community to come together and celebrate our local industry while having fun. First Fridays is a concept designed to promote local business and micro-business in south Lake County. It is not, itself, an "event." Rather, the concept encourages individual gatherings to occur simultaneously, generating circulating and stimulating traffic to our downtown stores who need our business. Please come out with your friends and family, do the Art Walk, and meet the artists, musicians and makers who bring vibrancy to our lives and this area!
