The Friends of Boggs Mountain (FOBM) invites you to attend the world premiere performance of "Firestorm", a sonata in three movements by pianist and composer Karen Rhoads, at the Cobb Elementary School outdoor amphitheater (weather permitting) on Saturday morning, June 10th at 11:00am. Karen began composing the work in the aftermath of the Valley Fire. This will be an encore piano performance for Karen, who delighted visitors to Boggs with a performance of classical pieces back in June 2015 at Boggs Mountain Demonstration State Forest. The admission-free benefit (donations encouraged) will be open to the community, and sponsored by FOBM with support from Evanger's Dog & Cat Food Company. Children are welcome, and refreshments will be provided.
