Exercise for the Garden

The Clear Lake Trowel and Trellis Garden Club will meet at noon, Tuesday, January 15th at the Lakeport Scotts Valley Women’s Club House at 2298 Hendricks Road. Bring your special entree for lunch. Desserts, coffee and tea will be provided. The featured speaker will be Joe Prisco, Director of Rehabilitation, Sutter Lakeside Hospital. He will demonstrate how to keep aging bodies healthy and strong. This is a timely program as Spring is around the corner and we will be out in our gardens weeding and planting.
