Live music is a great complement to the weekly $20 Tuesday fixed price three course meal offered at the Blue Wing Restaurant in Upper Lake in additional to its regular menu. Special wines are offered at $20 a bottle and $5 a glass. DAVID NEFT, one of Lake County’s premier pianists, will be playing either his own keyboard or the vintage 1902 Kimball piano in the restaurant.
