In this fundamentals seasonal class we'll cover soup principles such as cooking for the week, which soups freeze well and the overall technique of melding flavors for soups. Are you ready for the heat….it's coming! And there is little more refreshing than cold soup on a hot day! We'll tackle Cucumber with Crème Fraiche, Tomato Dill, Avocado & Tomatillo and the classic Gazpacho.
