Dancing Poly Cookin' on the Farm: Seasonal Soups - Spring
Do you love soup? In this fundamentals seasonal class we'll cover soup principles such as cooking for the week, which soups freeze well and the overall technique of melding flavors for soups, all while we create four classic spring bowls of yummy: Creamy Asparagus, Spinach Lentil, Carrot Dill and the amazing Beet Borscht.
Class includes a tasting of the dishes created, a take home booklet of all class information and 2 hours of fun!
