Description
Whether you love risotto or think it's just an Italian word for an overpriced spoon of gloppy rice from a buffet, you want to come to this class. Study how to assess and buy the best rice for risotto, the fundamental cooking technique, how to take a 'stir break' or recover from 'over stickage' and how mesh ingredients for this ultimately flexible home meal.
Class includes a tasting of the dishes created, a take home booklet of all class information and 2 hours of fun!
