Dancing Poly Cookin' on the Farm: Knife Skills
This class is a must for any avid home cook. Learn everything about knives, including the anatomy, care and types. In addition, as you are creating a wonderfully yummy coleslaw, we'll cover how to use a knife properly and all the various cuts. Finally, we'll toss in some wonderful and yet basic food cleanliness and safety tips. Don't be fooled, this class is never boring and always lots of fun!
Class includes a tasting of the dishes created, a take home booklet of all class information and 2 hours of fun!
