Dancing Poly Cookin' on the Farm: Harvest & Heat-Tomatillos
It's finally summer time!! Our fields will be bursting with the three prime incrediate for Verde Salsa and Sauce. From our field right behind the barn, we'll harvest tomatillos, onions and peppers. We'll discuss the peppers and the heat level. Then we'll return to the kitchen and make our wonderful salsa and sauces to your specs. And in this class, you take your creation home with you!
