Dancing Poly Cookin' on the Farm: Harvest & Heat-Summer Squash
The joke goes "We live in a small town. In fact, we only lock the doors in July and August. Because if you leave your door unlocked, you'll come home to a dining room table full of your neighbors summer squash." Let's cook all that great squash! From our field right behind the barn, we'll harvest squash, onions and herbs. Then we'll return to the kitchen where we'll grill, sauté and pickle all that squash into barrels of yumminess. And in this class, you take your creation home with you!
