Dancing Poly Cookin' on the Farm: Harvest & Heat & Canning - Pepper Relish
Our first canning class of the season! In the field, we'll harvest peppers and onions, discussing the heat of the types of peppers. Back in the kitchen, are you ready for the heat? We'll don our gloves and get to work, learning all the fundamentals of canning in the process. Two half pints of relish will be yours to pick up the next day, after they've set. Come can with us!
