Dancing Poly Cookin' on the Farm: Florentine Feast + FEAST!
Come for the class, stay for a full service dinner. Our first Cookin' on the Farm to Table Dinner. During the 2-hour class, we'll cover the classics of Tuscan cuisine: Panzanella (Tuscan Bread & Tomato Salad), a Tomato Spaghettini and the irresistible Bistecca Fiorentina (Steak Florentine). Then, sit down and relax as we add an amazing Tuscan pate as an appetizer and farm-made cannolis to finish out your meal to the foods created during the class. All this, delivered in our barn and field, perfect settings for the perfect Tuscan feast.
