Description
Dolmadakias, Dolmades, Dolmas? It doesn't matter what you call them, in the land of grape vines, you need to know how to make them! And this is the time. When the grape leaves of young, soft and sweet. We will harvest the leaves, make the stuffing (meat and vegetarian), the sauce and cook them up. Let's get our Greek on!
Class includes a tasting of the dishes created, a take home booklet of all class information and 2 hours of fun!
Attendees are welcome to bring wine to enjoy during the class.
