Description
San Francisco chef Robert Brust, together with his partner Joel Costa, have now developed the wonderful, all-organic COTTONWOOD FARM in Bachelor Valley. This unique dinner in the Tallman dining room will be prepared by Chef Robert using produce from Cottonwood and other local suppliers. SEE MENU HERE.
As one of two Blue Zones certified restaurants in Lake County, Blue Wing Chef Pablo Aguilar will assist Chef Robert in the preparation of this special dinner.
