Due to the persistence of high winds in the forecast for this Saturday, June 9th, the scheduled Fun Fly has been postponed. The new date is Saturday, June 23rd, (at 9:00 am) weather permitting. The new info is as follows: Our club is know as the "Clearlake Modelers" and we will be hosting a Free and Open to the Public event on the 23rd of June, 2018. We will have model airplanes of all kinds on display and will be performing flight demonstrations continuously throughout the day. For those that would like to try their hand at flying we will also have available the opportunity to fly a RC (remote control) model plane with a qualified instructor. Hamburgers, hotdogs, snacks and drinks will be available for purchase at noon and a raffle will be held in the afternoon featuring RC related prizes.
