Cache Creek Winemaker Dinner at the Tallman Hotel

Cache Creek Vineyards is an up and coming Lake County wine label that has been on a roll with many recent wine quality awards and an active tasting room.  Meet the owning Van Pelt family and winemaker Derek Holstein and enjoy a delicious dinner paired to their wines in the beautiful Tallman dining room prepared by Blue Wing Chef Mark Linback.

Start the evening at 5:30 with appetizers paired to Cache Creek wines at the Lake County Wine Studio hosted by owner Susan Feiler.  Then at 6:30 adjourn across the street to the Tallman and enjoy a relaxing dinner while you learn more about Cache Creek from the owners and winemaker.  Tickets for the dinner are $80 + tax and can be obtained by calling the Hotel reception desk at (707) 275-2244 ext. 0
