The existential, mystifying and fascinating 1966 film, “Blow-Up,” screens at the Soper Reese Theatre on Tuesday, April 25, at 1:00 and 6:00 pm. Entry to the film is by donation. Italian director Michelangelo Antonioni's first English language production, widely considered one of the seminal films of the 1960s, stars David Hemmings, Vanessa Redgrave and Sarah Miles. This Academy Award nominated murder mystery is seen through the eyes and lens of a young, successful fashion photographer in "mod" London who finds his life of casual sex, parties and drugs to be dull and meaningless.
