A Journey Through Grief

In today's world, we are constantly faced with different kinds of losses. Additionally, many individuals are coping with the grief following the death of an important person in their life. To help community members navigate these difficult times, an 8-week support and education group will be offered for free starting on September 25 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The group will be led by experienced facilitators from Hospice Services of Lake County who will provide a safe environment for discussions and tools to help participants navigate their frief. Weekly topics are presented in a meaningful sequence, so attendance at all session is essential. Pre-registration is required.
