Community Care Management Corporation is proud to present the 10th Annual Lake County AIDS Walk . All proceeds from this event go towards client services and community wellness efforts. This is a family friendly community event to raise awareness around HIV/AIDS and healthy living. There will be food, a silent auction, raffle, music and a variety of non-profit and community participants.
