After registration\, you'll receive your class confirmation and pre-read via email\n\n\n\nThe Certified Tourism Ambassador  (CTA) Program is a nationally recognized certification program for anyone who wants to become an advocate for Lake County. The program teaches best practices and helps front-line workers and volunteers increase their knowledge of Lake County\; provides answers to a variety of questions received from visitors\; and\, provides an excellent opportunity for networking.\n\n\n\nUpon completion of the program\, participants receive a certification (not just training) with accompanying credentials that can be used behind the person's name to denote their commitment to their profession.\n\n\n\n8am - 8:15am Registration\n\n8:30am - 12 pm Class Session\n\n12pm Open-book Exam (until finished)\n\n\n\nTO REGISTER\, go to www.ctanetwork.com/schedule/.
